El Dorado Rotary Tornado Memorial
In 1958 a tornado tore through the El Dorado community taking 13 lives. As a tribute and reminder of the strength and tenacity of the citizens of El Dorado and those who lost their lives, a dedication ceremony held in May 2008 unveiled a beautiful new memorial reflecting the event some 50 years ago. Thanks to all in the community that donated to this project!
